Quotations and orders
Prices, specifications, and availability shown on the website are for information only. A binding agreement exists only after we confirm an order in writing through a proforma invoice or sales contract.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Prices may change with raw material costs, exchange rates, and freight rates.
Payment
Payment terms (for example T/T advance, L/C at sight) are agreed for each order. Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery terms follow the Incoterms stated in the contract (such as FOB, CFR, or CIF). Shipment dates are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control.
Quality and claims
Products are supplied to the agreed specification. Any quality claim must be raised in writing with supporting evidence within the period stated in the contract.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photos, and logos, belongs to Ruvan Global LTD or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ruvan Global LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from delays beyond our reasonable control.
